JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for a well organised and efficient administrator to help our client with assisting their staff with the return to office. Based in the heart of Dublin City and 6 months contract paying €200 per day.
Responsibilities:
• They will need to quickly learn all of the desk setups, meeting rooms and various related hardware in the building and provide on-site user support, education and hand holding.
• Preparing user documentation, running educational sessions in a meeting room to go through equipment and possibly webinar/recordings would all be part of the role.
• Good knowledge of IT required.
• Process driven.
• Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills
