Due to their recent growth and investment they are looking for a number of tenatious sales people to join their team, if you have a few months experience out on the streets selling or you are an experienced sales professional get in touch so we can give you more information on this opportunity. Full training will be given.
Job Responsibilities
- To make outbound calls to decision makers within the residential customer base
- Recognise sales opportunities and up-sell the current customer base
- Participate in coaching and training initiatives to improve and develop sales technique and product knowledge
- Collaborate with manager to develop a creative plan to generate leads through prospecting multiple sources, cold calling, in-person visits, and telephone and email campaigns
- Consistently close new business subject to a monthly target
- To achieve minimum sale targets by ensuring that all sales leads are identified, confirmed with the customer, and then converted on the first customer call
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-1 years of proven Sales/Customer service experience with a record of consistently exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a Sales Professional in a fast paced target driven environment as an Account Executive, sales representative
- Experience selling in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience with short sales cycles and closing consumer accounts
- Background in telecommunication service sales strongly preferred
- Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships
- Ability to speak in front of people
- Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and the Internet
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Telesales Experience within a Contact Centre Environment
- Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills
