We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a sales team of five individuals and spearheading revenue generation across their three core areas of operation.
As the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of executing their company's sales strategy, ensuring that every aspect of their sales activities is finely tuned for optimal success. Your role will involve coaching, mentoring, and empowering their sales team to not only meet but exceed their targets. Collaborating closely with their sales and marketing teams, you will drive lead generation efforts, enhance conversion rates, and contribute to the seamless onboarding of new customers.

- Confidence in presenting to the Senior Leadership Team
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey expectations, provide feedback, and align team members with sales objectives
- Strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Proven experience in performance management of sales teams, customer retention, and key account management
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise in a sales environment, whether internal or external
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on setting and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tender preparation processes
