Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, particularly in the hospitality sector, and introduce them to our client's range of fashionable uniform options. From bespoke designs to off-the-shelf collections, you'll be the driving force behind helping businesses elevate their brand with chic and functional uniforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, with a primary focus on hotels, restaurants, and hospitality companies, to discuss their uniform needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our client's bespoke and off-the-shelf uniform options, highlighting the quality, style, and functionality of their products.
- Collaborate closely with our client's design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that bespoke designs are brought to life seamlessly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the uniform selection and implementation process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure that our client's uniform solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive in the market.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop creative strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry.
- A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for style, with a keen interest in the latest trends and designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
