Job Details:
Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer - Level 2 for a 24+ Months contract in Dublin City.
Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, management, administration, support of all core business systems including desktop, email, network, security, storage, WIFI, software and hardware.

Setting up Meeting Rooms -
- VC/Starleaf
- 8x8 (client only)/3rd party
Configure Poly units -
- Operation, Configuration, Management Portal, Device Mode
- User/ICT support/Documentation/ Training
- Cables
- Clickshare
- 3rd party VC clients
Managing Room booking -
- Outlook, Calendars
- Starleaf plugin/Starleaf relay
- 8x8 plugin
- Walk Up Crestron panels
Managing Checklists -
- Regular checklists
- Pre- Meeting health checks
Support -
- Meeting support, User/Equipment issues
Training / Education -
- User guides, Training webinars/Videos, In-room sessions, Adhoc support, Ronspot
Managing Desks -
- Docking/User cheat sheets/Sit stand operation
- Digital Signage/Appspace/Admin
- User training / Support
- Brightsign units/Video wall/Crestron controller
- QR Codes
Setup & configuration -
- User Training
- Label development/Label printer/printing
- Walk up support desk
- Crestron panels and system
- Panel Operation / Admin
- Sensors/ Crestron dashboard
- User training
- 3rd party support liaison
Audio/Video -
- Admin / Health Monitoring
- Issues/3rd party support
Touch Screens
- Avocor setup / usage
- Laptop connection/ MPS

Full clean driver’s licence and own vehicle is essential.
