Job Details:
Our client is looking to hire a full time Finance Manager based in Dublin 12.
Required:
- Knowledge and understanding of managing Creditors, Debtors ledgers and reconciliation
- Knowledge and understanding of Bank Reconciliations
- Knowledge and understanding of VAT and VAT Returns
- Data Entry of Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Receipt Expenses Allocation
- Data Entry of new sales records, purchase records, nominal records, product records etc
- Knowledge and understanding of Nominal Ledger
- Preferably Experience of Sage50 Accounts Software but not essential or other Accounts software exposure
- Manual filing
- Allocation of dispatch notes to sales Invoices and delivery dockets to purchase Invoices
- Attention to detail a must
