Key Responsibilities:
- Managing team and assisting team members with closing sales leads generated through a variety of channels, including inbound calls, email, and social media.
- Assisting with development of professional relationships with potential customers
- Ensuring team members are meeting and exceeding set sales targets
- Managing team to ensure that all leads are efficiently managed
- Co-ordinating regular 1-1's with team members and assisting with their KPI's
- Recruitment for inbound sales team
- Assisting with onboarding and training
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of call centre Team Lead experience required.
- Previous experience as a sales professional in a fast paced, call centre environment
- Up-selling and cross selling products and services.
- Experience of working in telecoms desirable
- Ability to manage and influence a high performing sales team
- Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt quickly and think on your feet
- High level of written and verbal communication
