Candidate requirements:
- Have strong troubleshooting skills
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
- Hands on troubleshooting skills resolving a wide range of technical issues relating to Laptops, Desktops, Network Software
- Diagnose and resolve Network related technical problems within Local Area & Wide area Network (WAN) environments
- Installation and support of a wide range of networked hardware & software products including Windows 10
- Knowledge of configuring Wireless technologies in a secure networked configuration
- Represent the business in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to our client’s end user community
- Participate in I.T. projects / roll outs
- Excellent written & verbal Communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Work on your own initiative
