Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join in Dublin 16 office on a hybrid role.
- 2+ years of experience in a brand/product sales & marketing role.
- Assist Sales & Operations functions in taking customers through from initial enquiry to delivery of our client needs
- Manage the on-going marketing drive
- This will involve management of social media, website news features and blogs, as well as more traditional print & media promotion
- Act as 1st point of contact for unsolicited telephone & email sales enquiries.
- The role is expected to evolve and develop as the business grows
Responsibilities:
- Initial Sales Enquiry
- Handle Telephone Enquiries/Email Enquiries
- Create Sales Folders
- Send and Receive RFI emails & Responses
- Arrange On-Site Surveys

- Assist with roll out & on-going management of marketing strategy
- Help develop original content for website
- Help manage & improve e-station SEO
- Further responsibilities to be defined
Sales:
- Client Correspondence
- RFI Photos/RFI Answers
- Send RFQ to Sub-Contractors
- Handle Quotes from Sub-Contractors
- Send Client Quotes
- Client Follow Up -
- Send Quote "Follow up" emails
- Receive Order Confirmations
- Save Order Confirmations to Sales Folders
- Confirm receipt of Orders with Clients
- Sales to Operations Handovers
