Job Description
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider based in Dublin, is seeking to hire a skilled CCNP Level Network Engineer to join their team. As a CCNP Level Network Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining Wireless, Switching, Firewall and Routing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot complex network equipment including firewall, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Collaborate with customers to design and implement complex network solutions that meet their business needs.
- Manage network infrastructure including VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and recommend improvements to existing network infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with both Cisco and Fortinet technologies
- Manage security protocols across Cisco switches, routers, ASA, and Firepower Firewalls.
- Resolve operational issues involving Firewalls, routers, switches in a multi-vendor environment
- CCNP certification or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work on-site as needed.
