Job Details –
Our client is seeking a Network Support Engineer – Voice to help customers and implement network projects. This role requires delivering support within established Service Level Agreements and timelines, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. As a customer-facing role, the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing consultancy, and working closely with vendor support teams.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot networking issues reported by clients.
- Liaise with the customers to understand their network, provide reports, recommendations and technical detail
- On-site Installation work, including projects from time to time.
- Provide technical support by analysing complex customer issues, identify root cause and resolve in accordance with SLAs to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Required:
- Experience on CISCO CUCM, Cisco Webex Calling or other SIP Based UC platforms is required for this role.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience as a field engineer or NOC experience
- Experience of multi-vendor equipment
- Excellent customer facing skills.
- Problem solving
- Works well in a team.
- Fluent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and within SLAs.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies/skills.
- Contribute to support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Full Driver's License and own Car
Qualifications:
- IT related Degree or Diploma with one of the following
- Cisco CCNA
- Cisco CCNP
- CISCO CCVP
- Other vendor relevant certs
