Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth and expansion by reaching new customers within your region. Working as part of a focused Team you will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships. You will proactively identify and meet our customers’ needs, resolve issues that may arise and manage the contract renewals process with your assigned Customer base.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Ireland & UK Sales Team, you will be required to:
- Deliver a regional sales strategy focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service whilst generating, developing & closing new business and sales opportunities
- Establish growth opportunities, using market and industry knowledge to gain leads
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Ireland & UK Sales Strategy
- Prospecting clients, building, and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs and providing comprehensive solutions to meet these needs
- Proactively manage Customer relationship issues/concerns so they are successfully resolved
- Resolve Customers’ queries and CRMs within agreed expectations and timelines
- Monitor and manage the contract renewals process and timelines
- Maximise the use of Salesforce in support of efficient management of sales and renewal pipelines
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospect contact through to Installation and Commissioning process
- Collaborate with the marketing department and other areas of the business as required to meet customer needs
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
- Deal promptly with customer queries
Qualifications/Experience:
- A 3rd level qualification is a distinct advantage
- B2B field sales experience
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce
- Proven experience selling high value client solutions
- Demonstrated credibility selling to Senior decision makers
- Proven ability of generating and closing new business sales
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management experience
- Full clean driver’s licence
