Company Overview: Our client, a leading men's clothing business dedicated to providing top-notch fashion and exceptional customer experiences, is actively seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant, 3 days per week to join their team. Position Overview: As a Part-Time Sales Assistant, you will be a key member of the store team, contributing to the success of the business by providing excellent customer service and supporting daily sales operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the retail industry while being part of a dynamic and fashion-forward team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and styling advice.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a neat and organized store appearance through regular cleaning and merchandising duties.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about men's fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for customers by offering personalized service.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and monitoring merchandise levels.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory – training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for men's fashion and a desire to stay updated on current trends.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail in handling transactions.
Availability:
- This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
