Our client is a leading software development company based in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth through developing new business partnerships, managing client relationships, and promoting the company services.

In this role, you will be required to:
- Search for new and potential clients in Ireland, the UK and other markets;
- Reach out to potential clients by email, LinkedIn and phone;
- Contribute to the lead generation activities;
- Manage and administer the company CRM;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and pitches;
- Present the company and its services to prospective customers;
- Maintain effective communication with a client throughout the whole sales cycle;
- Negotiate online and off-line, and close contracts with clients;
- Fulfil sales plans in volume and revenue;
- Liaise with the delivery team to identify and understand client needs and pain points, and propose solutions to address them;
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- KPIs:
- Fulfilment of sales quotas in volume and revenue.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in sales and/or business development;
- Excellent track record of achieving sales targets;
- Experience in selling software development services;
- Solid understanding of software development and IT industry;
- Strong knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques;
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Proactive, ambitious, and self-motivated;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
