Due to a steady increase in workflow and planned expansion, we are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the entire recruitment process managing both candidates and clients
- Undertaking candidate searches for our assignments utilising advertising, database searching, head-hunting, networking, social media etc.
- You will source candidates, cold call potential clients, interview candidates, shortlist and present candidates to clients and negotiate salaries before closing the deal
- KPI driven, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to manage a busy desk
- Team player who is focused on delivering the end result and achieving
Required:
- Your role will involve searching our Candidate database, numerous online job boards and fielding advert responses.
- You will also get involved with head hunting and using social media tools.
- We are looking for high energy individuals with the desire to be the best and a track record of success.
