We are looking for a UX/UI Designer – skilled in delivering SaaS product design creating intuitive webpage and mobile app interfaces which enhances the user experience of our client's products. Your Impact:
• Creating new proposals on our client’s SaaS portal, with regards to their external clients and requests.
• Initiate and run discovery, research, and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses to design effective experiences
• Design detailed solutions that address clear company needs, business context, client vision and project KPIs
• Develop relationships across a project team, specifically with technical team members and software developers
• Provide production support and communicate specifications if needed
• Work autonomously plus collaboratively and iteratively – with Creatives and non-Creatives and find the right balance between details and holistic strategies
Your Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in a UX/UI role
• Excellent visioning skills with standard tools e.g. Figma, mural
• Product Design with SaaS experience.
• Ability to understand stakeholders and their needs, underlying complex processes.
• Understanding of user research and testing
• Mapping user journeys and interactive flows
• Wireframing functionality for features and content
• Enhancing the system design, building new elements and components
• Excellent communication skills and transparent ways of working
• Proven record of working UX/UI cases before (portfolio, etc.)
• Fluent in English
